The Regional Gas Company unites under its brand about 20 Ukrainian gas distribution companies. The goal of company is to upgrade gas distribution networks, to implement advanced technologies as well as higher level of customer services quality. The company delivers natural gas to 8,000,000 households, hundreds of thousands business and social facilities. This requires daily work to ensure the safe distribution through 250,000 km of distribution gas lines
The Commodity Exchange “Ukrainian Energy Exchange” (CE “UEEX”) was established with the purpose of trading operation on the energy resources and electricity markets in Ukraine. UEEX provides organizational, technological, legal and other conditions for the functioning and development of exchange trading at electricity and energy resources markets. Ukrainian Energy Exchange is a member of the European Business Association (EBA) and the Association of exchanges and electronic platforms jointly with whom we are implementing several projects to create exchange markets.
EUSTREAM – Slovak gas transmission system operator transports natural gas across Slovakia to European markets. It is a modern company with a longstanding tradition and extensive experience in the transmission of natural gas.
The EUSTREAM transmission system is connected with transmission routes to Ukraine, Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary. EUSTREAM has transported almost 2.5 trillion cubic metres of natural gas since 1972, successfully building on 50 years of tradition in international natural gas transmission.
EUSTREAM is working on extending and strengthening the European gas infrastructure and diversification of natural gas transmission routes. EUSTREAM is building up and planning new international pipeline connections with links to the transmission routes of other European countries.

Joint-Stock Company “Mahistralni Gazoprovody Ukrainy” is a state-owned company that was established at the end of 2016 to fulfil Ukraine’s obligations under the Third Energy Package, which provided for the unbundling of natural gas transportation activities from its supply and production. JSC “MGU” owns corporate rights in the authorized capital of GTS operator of Ukraine. Moreover, the Company successfully implements corporate reform in Ukraine, in particular through the establishment and functioning of independent supervisory board, and makes every effort to ensure gas independence of Ukraine.
